What is Foodpairing
The art of combining tastes, the art of creating incredible, the art of enjoying food, drink and their synergy – all are about foodpairing.
Once a week at BARVY, we conduct an exclusive dinner for 12 guests under the rules of Foodpairing – a science combining the tastes and flavors of dishes and drinks based on common notes and ingredients.
Behind the large bar counter, Chef Sergey Baysarevich and chef-bartender Nazar Makarov preparing a special set with an aperitif, a compliment from the chef, 3 dishes and 3 cocktails in front of the guests, personally communicate with the guests and tell about the details of the foodpairing.
