I’ve been here 5 months from the US. Best service and ties for Best food with the Kiev restaurant Wine and Beef. SUPERB. Food doesn’t get any better. Bogdan with the yellow Saucony shoes is the highest care factor waiter so far. Prices were good. I will for sure be a regular. I had a ribeye. Perfect!
